The Law Is On Arizon’s Side

                                                                                            It is time for conservatives to stand up to the liberal establishment that is twisting the laws to suit their own agenda. The attacks on Arizona are just another example of how they disregard the truth to apply pain to their opposition.

 From the  the official “office of state and local coordination’ at the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement web page. http://www.ice.gov/pi/news/factsheets/section287_g.htm  is a list of success stories from the 287g section of the 1996 Illegal Immigration Reform and immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996. Which in fact authorizes State and Local law enforcement to partner with Immigration Authorities on immigration enforcement. One would think that the current administration would be aware of such a partnership especially since the Washington Times, Dalton Daily Citizen and Burlington Times have reported success stories of such partneships and they are list as such on the ICE web site.

This site further reports that ” In 2009 ICE fundamentally reformed the 287g delegated authority program strengthing public safety “. The sit spells out the ACCESS program provides training for the program and lists participating agencies from states such as   Alabama, Arizona, Arkanas, California, ColoradoFlorida,Georgia,Missouri,North and South Carolina Texas,  AND Tennessee. According to the ICE site  as of 4/12/2010 “they have 1,120 officers trained and 71 active agreements in 26 states”  It also lists active MOAs pending “good faith Negotiations” in California, Massachusetts, and NEw Mexico as of 4/29/2010. They currently have an “Office of State and Local Coordination” and the state that they have additional supervisors “in the fielld to ensure greater oversight of 287g operations”.

This is enough to make some wonder what is wrong with the current adminstration so as to attack the State of Arizona  in light of such legislation. Is there a hidden agenda? Or does the Obama administration just plain not know what it is doing?

The call from cities like Los Angeles and San Francisco  to boycott AZ should be responded with a boycott of those who are trying so hard to hurt the state of Arizona unfairly with an unwise boycott,when it is so obvious the law is on Arizona’s side

IS GREECE A LOOK AT OUR FUTURE?

                                                       Is it possible that the current situation in Greece be a look into the future of the USA? There is a lot of discussion about the similarities between the to countries. There is much more in similarities with the direction that the current administration is trying to go. Then compare the same conditions of England, France, Spain and other European Socialist countries. Can this country not learn from the current example in Europe? How is it that we even ignore the same problems in our own country? the States of California, Michigan and New York  are going broke. The one thing they have in common is a strong DEmocratic Party control and an entitlement mentality. When the Budget is busted and entitlements need to be cut as in Greece, the society used to the entitlements demand their RIGHTS even at the risk of breaking the State. The riots in Greece are due to the required cuts that must be made for that nation to be given its bailout. The socialist population turns to riots and killing rather than lose their entitlements.

On Fri.  Fox Orielly and other Fox programs will look into the possibility that this is a potential look at our future. They are also covering the Change in the government in England as reaction against the socialists .  Conservatives need to learn from the events that are happening.  Conservatives also need to be aware that we can not let up in our demands for the GOP to return to its conservative base and NOT IN NAME ONLY. Stand up and be heard spread the word and MOST of all be informed..

Support Arizona

                                                                                                Maybe it is time for those who believe in Arizona’s right to defend itself from the onslaught of illegal immigrants since the Obama administration would not . Many on the liberal left do not believe that coming into the US illegally is a crime, they rather see it as a civil violation. They are convinced that the police will in fact be racial profiling, disregarding their training that alleviates that problem. Since there are many mayors and other legislators calling for a boycott of Arizona ,ignoring the fact that the majority of Americans support the action taken by Arizona. It is time for those who support Arizona to make known to everyone and solicit others to BOYCOTT those who are boycotting Arizona. San Francisco, Los Angeles and Sacramento  should receive the same pain they are perpetrating on Arizona. Any corporation should also be boycotted.

                                            The liberals have learned from history how to use a boycott to get their agenda through but have done it without the opposition responding. This is one case where the majority support the conservative stand, and boycotting these cities would be a very powerful statement to the liberal left that we are not going to allow them to run this country.

STOP THE LIES !!!

The lies regarding the new legislation passed by Arizona SB 1070 are very misleading and damaging. The truth is all border states should pass this same bill . It Still gives the Federal Government Authority to determine the legal status of suspected aliens. It forbids law enforcement officers from stopping suspected aliens for non legal reasons. it assures the aliens full court appeals if convicted. It holds employers and those who transport illegal immigrants accountable. It limits the illegal immigrants from getting public benefits. REad this bill and spread the word, the lies need to be stopped now.  The liberals ar working on using this crisis against the conservative movement.

Time For The Voters To Choose !!

The time has come for voters to decide whether or not they want a bigger and bigger government such as those in Europe or do they want an America as the founding Fathers believed in.  First lets eliminate the obvious argument which seems to pop up each time the Founding Fathers come up. NO we do not want to support slavery once again. The constitution has made that provision permanent.  Except for those who believe the government should take care of them , they stand a better chance of becoming slaves to the government than this nation was in 1776, the rest of us believe that it is individual responsibility that makes this nation great. Which European nation has been more influential in the world than the US, in recent history? Which nation in all History has been more influential in the world, who  did not take territory from their “conquests”?  Which country has given more to the world, in terms of money or blood for other nations than the US?  Now is the time for voters to decide which direction is best for this nation. Do we want ot follow the form of government as in European Socialism or do we want to return to greatness we once had in this world.  Do we want ot depend on the government for our survival or do we trust that we can take care of ourselves and maintain the individual freedom and accomplishments of the past and dreams for a brighter future?                            There are those on the liberal side who would want you to believe that you can not take care of your self. Observe how the current administration is trying to control even what you eat, as they regulate salt, calories at fast food restaurants,  fat and school lunches. Look how the administration tries to control how you spend your money and control what businesses can do with your investments. The Founding Fathers did not trust big government which is why the included Article X to limit what the federal government could do. They realized any government big enough to give you anything you need would be big enough to take everything you have. As Ronald Reagan said so well , government is not the answer to the problems government is the problem. Look at the LBJ’s “War on Poverty” as an example. It started in 1965 and has spent between 5 and 7 trillion dollars. In 2005 the amount was 1.056 trillion twice as much as was spent on defense. YET most reports indicate we still have poverty and many report it is worse by as many as 7 million more people in poverty. Any government program that failed this badly would generally be under fire to be dropped.  No ONE would allow this government to fight a war that long and that expensive that showed no results. Yet we have a political party whose base is the voters that are dependent on government entitlements. Look at the uproar when the State of California tried to balance an out of control budget. Every entitlement group protested cut to their programs. The only solution they would give is increase taxes. In any household responsible adults realize in a financial crisis cuts have to be made and they often are painful. For some reason the entitlement mentality of society can not reach that same conclusion. They believe that those who are earning a good income and achieving their goals should be made to share with the rest. They seem to believe that big government is the god of the people and will provide their housing and even gas for their cars. The one fact that they don’t get is that the bigger the government gets the less freedom the people get. The evidence is all around us yet it goes unnoticed. The TEA Party and the conservative movements are joining the cause to control government and the truth is the majority of the voters do not approve of this kind of out of control government. The question remains is are the votes ready to get informed and vote responsibly to turn the direction this country is going around or will they just accept what the current administration is doing and go along for the ride while we join the European Socialist countries as a third world country.  The first question that then needs to be asked is which European country would you prefer to live like?

ACCOMPLISH YOUR DREAMS !!

                                                                During these times of conflict between the two ideologies there seems to be a strong forgetfulness on behalf of many. They seem to have forgotten where they came from and how they got there. It was in fact because of a free market capitalist system that they were able to accomplish their dreams. Even if it can be said,there are abuses due to greed and corruption it must be remembered that there is corruption in european socialist governments and there is a greed for power in many socialist governments. It is the fault of the human condition not a PROBLEM  of the free market capitalist system. Today one college campus has students protesting the schools choice of speaker for the graduation ceremony. The reason given is that he was a member of JPMORGAN CHASE and in their view he is corrupt because he belongs to the banking system. These are college students who should have learned not to judge others by their associations but rather on their merits, such as the $30 million he donated to the school . Not to mention all the potential jobs.  This brings back memories of the days of the SDS and the anti war protests, when a female college student told me she would rather live in China under Chairman Mao. When the Disabled Air Force Pilot who lost the use of his legs in a flight  accident, said he had been willing to give his life for his country , she said she would kill he mother for Chairman Mao.  Now the current administration is developing a strong socialist policy to hate the corporations and the rich, it seems to be working pretty well in the education system. 

                 What seems to be forgotten by those in the Congress and White house is that it is the free market capitalist system that enabled them to become who they are. Even Speaker Pelosi who was born into a rich family and ,married a millionaire would not be where she if had the nation been “fundamentally changed”, as the Democratic Party is attempting,  decades ago. The philosophy of Joe Biden to be patriotic and to share the wealth would in fact have not worked too well for them.  There are in fac not many Members of Congress that would be considered in the middle class. The idea that the rich are elected to office and that they should then rule over the people until they are no longer  re-elected, is in fact bogus. They maintain offices and staff back in their districts to provide the illusion that they want to know what the people want. If w acted on reality we would see those offices are in truth just for re-election purposes too give the member an  ongoing reign over his district. 

               It is time for the voters to become aware of what is actually going on in THEIR nation and to stand up and spread the word. The idea that because the liberal Democratic Party won this past election the opposition should sit down and shut up is foolishness. It is exactly what the socialists want the people to do, to surrender their government out of laziness and apathy allowing the government to slip out from under them. The best weapon to fight back is knowledge. To be aware of exactly what is going on and who is doing it. The liberal biased main stream media  will not provide the truth, it must be obtained from a variety of sources and tempered with logic and reason. Voters must remember what it was that made this nation great and demand that the government turn back to those ways. The voters need to be aware that the current leadership is taking this nation in a direction that the majority do not want to go.  They gained the election victory on promises they made without any plan to keep the promise. They had an agenda to fundamentally change this country to a european socialist  style of government even when they knew the people would not approve it. They won the election on deception and lies and false hope. Now that they are in control and the people are seeing the truth. The smoke and mirrors are gone and the voters can see what  is really happening and the polls show they disapprove. Victory for turning this nation back depends on spreading the word. Letting friends and neighbors know the truth, getting active in TEA Parties and local Republican Party units to force the party back to the ideology of Reagan is the answer..

Where Would They Be NOW?

                                                  Here is a note I posted on the Manteca Bulletin Blog to our local liberal antagonists, it is good enough for all liberals.

TO Larry, Sov, Hoffman and Anthony.  Since I was accused of hearing voices  by the liberals  I  begin with this . MY voices and I just came from a nice walk on the Bike path where we had a Summit(closed to the press the way it should be)Since you have said I must be a Socialist because I collect Social Security. Therefore it occurred to us that you have had to be a capitalist all these years of your adult life. It also occurred to us how difficult it must have been for you for to live in a Free Market , Capitalist system while your heart yearned for socialism. It must have been torture for you to work hard to try to achieve all you dreamed for. What a terrible guilt you must have carried, knowing there were those much less fortunate than you and that you could have given up to 70% of what was yours so that you would never be in that same category of those evil selfish corporations living off of the bounty that you earned without sharing the wealth .
We did come up with a solution, you could set up a fund for those 12 or so homeless that hang out at Library Park so they could live the socialist dream you missed out on. You four could be the Government for them, giving them a place to live and food and the necessities of life so they don’t have to go through the struggles that you did. You could even have an influential role in making sure they were liberal voters by controlling their benefits if needed. See it isn’t hopeless I am sure you could live on 30% of what you have to help others.

PS.   If  this had become the country decades ago,  the way Obama is trying to make it now.  He would never have  become who he is.  If this had been a socialist, racist nation as the conservatives have  been accused of, Obama would still be trying to figure out what he should become.  The Liberals who are pursuing this agenda are the biggest hypocrites  around OR they have only one ambition, TO BE THE ELITE  RICH RULERS OF  A THIRD WORLD  SOCIALIST COUNTRY.  They have become who they are because of the free market , capitalist system that gave them the chance and now  they are trying to destroy it.

The New Generation??

Look at it this way, your generation tried and failed. Step aside and let the future belong to the next generations, and let them live their American dream, not the nightmare that has been brought upon us from the conservative movement.

Young people are liberal by nature, they don’t fear like those elderly in the TPs. They are open to new ideas and are willing to try them. They are open minded and more tolerant to the people around them.

We are in the 21st century but the Tea Baggers are still in the 19th century.

The above comments came from a local newspaper blog from a California liberal and shows clearly how they believe this country should be given over to them.  The “old Generation” should just sit down and shut up!

So then you don’t like the beliefs of the founders since Jefferson said that each generation should be allowed to create their own laws and policies.

See what I mean, you conservatives are hypocrites, you want us to follow the founders intents, but you have no idea what those were, so you cherry pick the ones that fit your belief whether in context or not.

As far as the older experienced to guide us goes, your experience and wisdom is what got us in this trouble in the first place. You can sit down now and allow us to fix it.

This is just a sample of the kind of thinking  from many of those that voted for President Obama. It is little wonder that they were the ones that bought into the “fundamental Transformation”  .

It should be seen as a warning of what type of thinking is actually out there and why the TEA Party is so feared and attacked so viciously  by the liberals .  The  warning should be handled as well as the warnings of the infiltrators which caused no harm because they had been exposed. The left-wing liberal are exposed  as wanting a new government and new laws.  The TEA PArty  is just getting started and the attacks from the liberals show how well the TEA PArty is doing nationwide as it is feared from sea to shining sea. Good Job stay strong and Tell these young dreamers “Don’t Tread ON ME”

BECAUSE I SAID SO!!

                                                   The statement so fondly used by the Democratic Party , “Change WE Can Believe In”  is not as the total statement should be. IT should be “change we can believe in. Because I said so!! This week ended the very crucial Nuclear Summit and NOt ONE Member of the Press was allowed. Yet the following day the mainstream media  resoundingly report it was a Success. Katie Curric reported “Dare we say mission accomplished?” How do they know what went on behind closed doors? They just accepted what they were told by the Administration like good little puppets.

 Further reading reveals President Obama himself said the agreement could not easily be enforced.  How can that be considered a success? Do we know of any country that would be considered a threat of using nuclear weapons promising to turn over nuclear material? So in fact the agreement was just a continuation of the agreement already passed in previous meetings.

Is the current administration so desperate for acquiring a political victory that they would jump on this as a victory?   So once again we are left with,  Because I said so!! 

 Is this really the change to an open government we voted for?

Is Anyone Ashamed?

                                                      Is anyone ashamed of a political party that inserts  spies in TEA Party meetings  to learn how to disrupt their agenda? Is anyone ashamed of a political party that creates a copycat organization “Coffee Party” designed to split the opposing Tea Party movement? Is anyone ashamed of a political party that campaigned on “change” but instead had an agenda of “transformation”, knowing the voters would not support it if they called it the socialism that it was? is anyone ashamed of a political party that hates capitalism so much they constantly attack corporations and their profits? Is anyone ashamed of a political party whose government  takes over private business, such as General Motors, private banks participation in student loan programs, health insurance companies because they make a 4% profit? Do voters really want to take the path to socialism that the current administration is  on , especially when the news reorts that Cuba finds its benefits program unsustainable, several european countries have reported recently that their benefits programs are unsustainable? Does anyone really want a Health Care  Reform that Cuba’s Fidel Castro praises? Do any voters really support a Health Care Reform bill that required party leaders to bribe its members to support, “even at the risk of losing their re-election”? Do the voters really want leadership in the government that “make the rules up as they go” or admit they “don’t care about the constitution”?  The major question here is does anyone really want to continue the direction this nation is going? Do any voters really want to continue the liberal agenda that is “transforming” this country to a copy of European countries? Are voters willing to take a stand in this election cycle and vote strictly for conservative candidates who will turn this country around and stop the slide to copying socialist europe?
